The Power of Business Processes and Quality

The icons above are an attempt to tell you a little about myself. I love music and audio, I play the drums, love dogs, and have an (apparently) unusual passion for Quality Assurance. I'm not really sure how this happened. When I left college I wanted to work in music. I ended up at a major record label taking a job as a QC technician. I had no idea what I was doing. Nevertheless I actually liked it. I got to stick my nose in all kinds of business areas and not get into too much trouble. A fews years later I ended up at an aerospace company and took on more QC and QA responsibility, only now I was really learning something about the art and science of Quality Assurance. I liked it. A lot. 

And so here we are; all those years later having developed, coached, and managed in a wide variety of hardware and software design and manufacturing businesses in aerospace, robotics, movies, satellite systems, medical devices, optical assemblies, and audio. I have developed, audited, and improved business processes, acheived ISO certifications, managed regulatory requirements, acquired security clearances like NATO Secret, managed the Controlled Goods Progam (CGRP), and acheived some key certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt.

I love talking about this stuff and I feel I have knowledge to share and of course, things to learn. I would love the opportunity to talk to you about your business and your goals.
